Dog Bather

Summary

We are looking for a dependable, honest, kind and caring dog bather who has skills in handling animals. At Chewzy Mobile Grooming, we believe in going beyond the call of duty, especially when it comes to our furry clients. We are looking for an individual who is sensitive to the pets needs and will take their physical, emotional, and social needs into consideration. It’s important to also feel comfortable with working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Finally, we welcome dog bathers who are open to learning, growing, and succeeding at Chewzy Mobile growing. This is a position that offers hands on learning and opportunity for growth. 

Requirements

• Must love dogs and exercise proper and safe handling skills.
• Know how to properly wash, condition, rinse, de-shed, brush out and comb out various breeds.
• Comfortable with top to bottom cleaning: ears, nails, teeth, and anal gland expression. 
• Know how to properly wash, condition, rinse, de- shed, brush and comb out various breeds. 
• Stellar communication skills who can work and learn from an experienced groomer.
• You go the extra mile and know when a dog might need a walk or a treat (with pet parents’ permission of course). We pride ourselves on being a crate free service, where the dog’s needs are our priority.
