Services

When your pet simply needs a good bath and quality care. Our  team will lovingly groom your pet and return them to you fresh and clean.



All packages include: shampoo, conditioner, gland expression  (should you feel it necessary), massaging bath, teeth brushing and paw-nicure (nail clipping and/or filing) and ear cleaning. 

Add on de-shed treatment to remove loose hair and undercoat to reduce and slow shedding.

Cancelation Policy

Need to Cancel?

  

Life happens and we understand that sometimes appointments need to be canceled or re-scheduled.  


Chewzy Mobile Grooming has a strictly enforced cancellation policy. Please know that when appointment times are  reserved, we are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients.  When you cancel or request to change your scheduled appointment without giving us enough notice, other pet parents miss the opportunity to receive our service. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours in advance notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments. 


Our cancelation policy is as follows:

  • Please text “CANCEL, your name and date of appointment” to (714) 307-1632 as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointment.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is greater.
  • Any no shows (meaning no phone call or calling after the appointment has already started) 100% of the full grooming fee will apply.
  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

Your pet is very important to us at Chewzy Dog Services. We assure you that we will make every effort to ensure your pet enjoys a safe and pleasant grooming experience.  Please read and initial each of the following sections:


___Cancellations

Please text “CANCEL, your name and date of appointment” to (714) 307-1632 as soon as you know you will not be able to keep your appointment and no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid fees. Full agreement can been read at  https://chewzydogservices.com/services.

 

___Arrival Time

Being that we are working with animals and the uncertainty of traffic, please allow a 60 minute window (before or after) for arrival time, please.


___Current Vaccinations

This verifies your pets are current on the following: 1.) Rabies Vaccination,
2.) Distemper/Parvo Vaccination, 3.) Bordetella Vaccination.


___Fleas/Ticks

If we discover fleas or ticks on your pet, we will call you either to re-schedule, or authorize a flea bath at an additional expense of $10.


___Dangerous or Aggressive Pets-Refusal of Services

We do not muzzle unless we see that it will benefit the situation. If your pet becomes too agitated or aggressive to groom, we reserve the right to refuse continued services and you will be charged for the work performed. 


___Matted Coats

De-matting. It is time consuming, and causes extra wear and tear on grooming equipment. The additional charge will be prorated at $15 per 30 minutes.


____Health or Medical Problems 

Occasionally, grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one. This can occur during or after grooming. Any essential medical expenses for veterinarian care will be covered by the pet’s owner upon signing this contract/agreement.


___Allergic Reactions

We take great care in selecting non-toxic products and not responsible for any allergic reaction from usage of any products.


___Accidents

Although accidents are very rare, possible problems could occur including cuts, nicks, scratches, quicking of nails, etc. In the event an accident occurs, you will be notified of the accident. All veterinarian costs and expenses will be the responsibility of the pet owner.


___Photographs

This release authorizes Chewzy Dog Services. to take photos of your pet for client files, for our company website, and Facebook pages. All photos taken are the property of Chewzy Dog Services.


___We charge a $35.00 returned check fee.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards and check.


As a client of Chewzy Dog Services, I have reviewed this Service Contract.  I affirm that I am the rightful legal pet owner. I authorize this signed contract to be valid approval for future grooming services.
