We will be wearing masks when interacting with customers and ask that you do the same. Our groomers will text you upon arrival so you can bring your pet directly to the van. We are fully equipped with high quality disinfectants and UV sterilization lights.
Our vans are stocked with biothane grooming loops, which are waterproof, durable, and most importantly, easy to disinfect.
We are now set up to receive appointment requests from you 24-7 through our online system! We hope this is helpful and will make the process even easier and more convenient.
To reduce the amount of contact, we are only accepting electronic payments, which require confirmation of your full name and email address. On this application, you can easily pay for your service and tip your groomer (which is greatly appreciated).
We have taken this time to find ways to work more efficiently. We are now using smart scheduling technology to streamline our routes, which will hopefully translate into a reduction in our environmental impact and a better experience for you and your pets.
Out of concern for all of our clients and staff, we ask that all appointment holders that have been exposed to COVID-19 within a two week span to please contact us to respectfully reschedule for a later date.
